It's salad season! YEEE! I am in dire need of some greens after the hard winter, let me tell you. I am OBSESSED with all things greens and I cannot wait to faceplant into some veg. And guys this salad fits my obsession. My religion. All the textures! Flavors! Colors!

How much flavor can we pack into this bowl? THIS much.
I'm actually quite sad that this bowl is not in front of me right now. That is how much I am craving this delicious collection of goodness. As you can see (and, as of this point, it should not come as a HUGE surprise), there are probably more toppings than base in here. So, if you didn't know me, you would fear that I'm trying to cover up some godforsaken fearful thing underneath all of those colorful, harmless toppings. Fried spider? A severed hand? But you do know me and so, boom, crisis averted. This bowl contains every ingredient ingredients for a happy Monday, wine on the side. I mean, this bowl is fully loaded with all of the goodies, and it’s so beyond colorful. I LOVE it! I love color in the dead of colorless winter. Oddly, I also love winter white, but not when it comes to my food.
Ok wait, I take that back, give me white cheese + carbs and I’d be pretty happy. In reality, I've been lying to you: I like simple meals best. I know I know: I'm always preaching the goodness that is trashed up tuesday, but there are actually some nights when I'm tired and all I want is some simple goodness. It always makes me so happy to see how few ingredients can pull together and make an EXPLOSION of flavor!
